24 hours of training including realistic scenarios for each student. Learn how to obtain information that is complete and reliable from witnesses, respondents and suspects who are willing to converse and express an agenda.
Three-day Interviewing Uncooperative People (prereq: TiP Framework course)
24 hours of material including Cognitive Interviewing, Conversation Management, the Strategic Use of Evidence, and Motivational Interviewing. Includes realistic scenario training.
Practical Deescalation
Five hours of theory and practice on how to deescalate situations involving people who are difficult to converse with. Valuable to anyone who deals with the public, but essential for security, police, fire, or EHS. Includes realistic scenario training.
One-day Conversation Management Workshop
An 8-hour session on how to motivate someone to choose to talk to you. Learn how to identify different agendas and how to launch conversation, using a non-confrontational and non-accusatory approach, from people who may not initially wish to speak with you.

Two-day course on planning, investigating and reporting for workplace investigations.
Project AMBER Flower
Are you a survivor of sexual assault or harassment but have not decided if you would like to initiate a complaint? Do you worry that a delay would have a negative effect on your ability to recall detail or could lead to you being unjustly disbelieved later? Contact me to discuss being interviewed at no cost to preserve your memory for later like a flower in amber. Your interview will remain confidential, and the master copy will be given to you to use as you wish.
